What is WGW?

WGW Events is an event, marketing, entertainment and production management group.  We specialize in event conceptualization, film premieres & premiere tours, event management, film shoot production coordination, marketing strategy, promotional plan execution and sponsorship sales. WGW is extensively knowledgable in the production of film premiere release events and tours, execution of live action sports demonstrations, interactive entertainment festivals, live musical performances, promotional stunts and special request projects.

WGW is self-sufficient management entity, that produces projects from start to finish allowing for various levels of client input to achieve the desired goals.  WGW either owns the equipment necessary for the project or has the relationships with the businesses that can provide the needed equipment and services.

WGW also develops and executes the marketing strategy, plan and budget for the majority of the events we produce. Marketing plans include communication and promotion to each the target audience, the core industry personnel and press contacts.  This capability has assisted growth in attendance, visibility and sponsorship of all WGW involved projects.
